Bring your UW Camera

There are dive sites for every level what makes this Thailand liveaboard trip suitable for novice divers. But the diving there is so exciting that advanced divers will not get bored either. Bring your underwater camera and make sure to have ample batteries (or a charger) and big memory cards with you.

Dive in small groups

The diving groups are small on this trip: 1 professional dive guide takes a maximum of 4 divers with him or her. Your certification level and diving experience determine which dive group you will join.
Now, what to expect from this special Manta Queen two liveaboard tour?
The pick up is in the afternoon if you stay in Phuket. The pick for the Khao Lak accommodation is around 4.00 PM. The check-in lounge is at the Khao Lak dive center. The transfer to the pier happens around 07.30 PM, so by 8:00 PM there will be a general boat briefing, followed by the allocation of the cabins, the equipment setup, and dinner before the liveaboard starts cruising towards Koh Bon.

Koh Bon

On day one you awake early in a stunning surrounding and the first two dives will be at Koh Bon West Ridge. While you enjoy your lunch, the Thailand Liveaboard will take you north to the island Koh Tachai, where you will have your afternoon and the sunset plunge.
There is plenty of space on this liveaboard boat to relax and enjoy the time between the dives: On top of the liveaboard you’ll find the large sundeck, where you can get tanned in the sun but there are also shaded areas if you prefer to stay cool. You also can hang out in the open dining area or in the salon with HD-TV to watch some videos made during the dives.

Richelieu Rock

Your early morning dive on day 2 happens again around Koh Tachai, and for the remaining three dives, M/V Manta Queen two will take you further north to the legendary Richelieu Rock.

Day 3 brings two more dives at Koh Bon before the boat headed south for the very last dive of this fabulous Northern Andaman Sea diving trip at the Boonsung wreck, which is located quite close to the pier so that you will arrive at the dive center in Khao Lak in the afternoon.

About the Manta Queen 2

M/V Manta Queen two is 24 meters long and 5 meters wide, staffed by six boat crew members and five international dive staff and accommodates 20 guests in comfortable air-conditioned cabins.
All meals onboard are freshly cooked and served in buffet style. You have the choice between tasty Thai cuisine and a variety of Western dishes during your cruise, vegetarian and vegan meals are also available, and the use of Monosodium Glutamate isn’t used on all Manta Queen liveaboards. Please let the staff during your check-in know if you are allergic to nuts or other food ingredients!
Between the dives, fruits and snacks are being served and you can take tea, coffee and drinking water at all.
